The article analyses the characteristics of phenomenon post-truth as a term denoting radical transformation media, that abandoned freedom speech and objectivity information in favour geopolitical interests West, considers content concept "post-truth" modern scientific discourse; it is noted entry civilisation into era mastering leading source requires community to comprehend problems associated with finiteness connection between semantic volumes public reality, reflected post-truth. authors explore origins this phenomenon, fully manifested itself only first decades 21st century communication "explosion" revolution, elevated rank new global resource. fragmentation perception reality acts means protecting human psyche from overproduction, where used tool for implementing collective owns lion's share world media. are not inclined identify solely false suggest considering result practical assimilation multidirectional understanding by society multiplicity realities naturally inherent beings. presents ways conceptual consideration framework correlating various historically significant evolutionary states an individual, differing motivation communicative activity.
